How to Apply to The Nativity School

Complete the Online Application

After touring the campus, families are asked to complete the online application. Our admissions team is available to assist you at every step to ensure a smooth and timely application process.

Student Shadow Day and Assessment

Getting to Know Each Student

As part of the admissions process, students participate in shadow day where they participate with the class they would be joining and take a brief assessment.

These steps help us:

  • Understand academic readiness

  • Ensure appropriate placement

  • Get to know each student as an individual learner

In addition, we value building a relationship with each family and learning more about your child beyond the application.

Admissions Decisions & Enrollment

Next Steps After Acceptance

Once all application materials are reviewed, families will receive an admissions decision. Accepted students will move forward with enrollment, which includes:

  • Completing enrollment and tuition agreements
  • Uploading required documents
  • Creating a FACTS Family Portal

Rolling Admissions Based on Availability

The Nativity School offers rolling admissions, depending on space availability by grade level. We encourage families to begin the process early, as some grades may fill quickly.
