Back to School Picnic
Organized by our PTG, this event occurs in August following the first week of school and allows both new and veteran families to connect.

Student Wellness Week
Our school devotes a week of activities, programming, and events that focus on healthy choices, self-confidence, and self-respect.

Fall Social Event
From Pickleball Tournaments to “Tacos & Tequila” Fiestas, our parents enjoy socializing together to build community and raise funds for our school.

Halloween Parade
Our Halloween parade gives our 8th graders the opportunity to highlight the creativity of our younger students in a red carpet parade of costumes and fun.

Math & Science Fair
A fantastic celebration of science and math where students participate in activities organized by our science teachers and staffed by our PTG and parent volunteers.

Veteran's Day Assembly
Each year, students recognize the veterans in our school and parish community. In conjunction with the history and language arts programs, our eighth grade students interview veterans over a hosted breakfast.

Christmas Boutique
Run by our Parent Teacher Group (PTG), The Nativity School Christmas Boutique has become a cherished tradition in the Rancho Santa Fe community.

Each year, our parents come together to celebrate the joy and meaning of the Christmas season – a time rooted in faith, gratitude, and the gift of Christ’s birth.

Catholic Schools Week
National Catholic Schools Week celebrates Catholic education and kicks off the admissions season. Events typically include an Open House, pancake breakfast for our parish, themed dress days, and a celebration of all those who help support our Catholic school experience.

Father-Daughter Dance
Our Father–Daughter Dance is a cherished tradition that celebrates the special bond between fathers (and father figures) and their daughters in a joyful, faith-filled setting. It is more than just a fun evening—it’s a celebration of love, faith, and the lasting memories that define our school community.

Mother-Son Movie Night
Mother–Son Movie Night offers a relaxed, fun-filled evening where mothers (and mother figures) and their sons can unwind and enjoy time together in a casual, welcoming atmosphere and create the kind of everyday memories that last a lifetime.

Annual Jog-A-Thon
More than just a fun event, the Jog-A-Thon teaches perseverance, goal-setting, and teamwork. Students are empowered to challenge themselves, knowing that every lap they complete contributes to strengthening our school community. This event also plays an important role in supporting our school’s needs, as funds raised help enhance our athletics programs and resources.

Service Day
Our annual Service Day is a powerful expression of our Catholic faith in action—an opportunity for students to live out the values of compassion, generosity, and service to others. Together, as a school community, we are reminded that service is not just something we do—it is who we are. Annual Gala
The Gala is a special event that brings together parents, alumni, parishioners, and faculty for an elegant night dedicated to advancing our mission of faith-filled education. It plays a vital role in supporting our school, raising funds that directly enhance academic programs, student opportunities, campus improvements, and tuition assistance.

Cultural Day
On this special day, students explore cultures from around the world through music, food, dress, art, and shared experiences. May Crowning
Our May Crowning is a beautiful and cherished tradition in which our school community gathers to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary, our Mother and model of faith. During this special celebration, students participate in prayer, song, and a crowning ceremony, placing a crown of flowers upon a statue of Mary as a sign of love, devotion, and gratitude.

Art Show
Our Student Art Show is a vibrant celebration of creativity, showcasing the imagination, talent, and hard work of our students. Rooted in our Catholic tradition, the arts are a way for students to express the beauty of God’s creation and the gifts they have been given. Families and friends are invited to walk through the exhibit, celebrate student achievements, and experience the joy and inspiration that fills our school community.
