Mr. Leadley joined The Nativity School in 2025 as Athletic Director and Physical Education Teacher. He also serves as a JV/Varsity Football Coach at St. Augustine High School. He holds both a Master of Education and a Master of Science in Sports Management, combining strong academic preparation with extensive coaching and leadership experience. Passionate about faith-based education and athletics, Mr. Leadley is dedicated to helping students develop character, confidence, and sportsmanship while discovering and strengthening their God-given talents. He believes athletics provide valuable opportunities for students to grow as leaders, teammates, and disciples both on and off the field.
