$100 per application fee per family payable to The Nativity School. This fee can be paid in the school office.
Once all of the documents are received, a student visit is scheduled for students applying to grades TK-8. During this full day visit, your child will be able to experience the classes and activities of a typical day at Nativity. Evaluation and assessment testing will be conducted in the core subjects of reading, writing, and math. Additionally, we will observe student interactions in the classroom throughout the day.
All prospective parents are asked to meet with the principal for an informal conversation. This meeting allows the principal to get to know you better, address any questions that may have arisen from the visit or application, and answer any questions you may have about the school.
Acceptance:
After the school’s re-enrollment deadline in February, a decision is usually made within 1-2 weeks. The school will notify the family regarding acceptance. Admission is determined based on space and the following order of priorities:
Returning students and their siblings
Students from the Church of the Nativity Parish
Catholic students from other parishes
Non-Catholic students
Enrollment:
After we notify your family of acceptance, you will receive an enrollment packet containing information and documents needed to enroll your child. These documents need to be returned to the Admissions Office within ten days of receipt. Once we receive your completed enrollment packet, you will then receive an email with login information and a password for our parent portal, SchoolSpeak, in order to complete the enrollment process. Upon receipt of all agreements and fees, your child will be officially enrolled.
